- 1/2 kg chicken
- 1 onion
- 2 tomato
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp redchilli powder
- 10 cashewnuts
- 1 Greenchilli
- 1 tbsp ginger garlicpaste
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup cream
- salt
- 1 tsp jeera
- 2 tbsp Tomato sauce/ketchup
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp kasurimethi
- 1 tbsp oil

Marination
- Marinate the chicken with redchillipdr -1tsp, coriander powder-1tsp,gingergarlicpaste -1tsp ,salt for 1/2hr and shallow fry till half done
For gravy
- In a pan add oil jeera ,onion chopped,cook till translucent then add tomatoes,greenchilli, saute well then add kasurimethi , remaining redchilli powder,coriander powder,ginger garlicpaste,cashewnut and add one cup of water and cook till mushy ..cool this mixture and grind it to paste
- In another pan add butter , grinded masala , half fried chicken ,garammasala , tomato ketchup and cook till done then finally add fresh cream ...
